FCA announces the closing of its Notes offering
The offering denominated in Euro announced on 23 March 2016 was settled today and consists of Notes with the following characteristics:

€ 1.25 billion in principal amount of 3.75% Notes due March 2024 with an issue price of 100% of the principal amount.

The Notes were priced on 23 March 2016.
The Notes, which were issued by FCA under its Global Medium Term Note Programme, have been rated B2 by Moody’s Investors Service, BB by Standard & Poor’s and BB- by Fitch. The Notes have been admitted to listing on the Irish Stock Exchange.
